Development Mandate
We represent our partner in Greece across the full development cycle: sourcing large land plots, structuring, permitting, delivery and asset management. Together we are building a pipeline of resorts, villa communities and residential developments under Greece's Strategic Investments framework, with a minority co-investment from Oikos for alignment.
