Grigorios Ntarlantanis
Head of Operations
Leads sourcing, acquisitions, and local partner coordination. A Greek entrepreneur with a background in property management, hospitality, and tourism in emerging markets, he has advised organizations including Rocket Internet and the IFC (World Bank Group). He founded a hospitality consulting firm and a tourism agency in Myanmar, serving as an in-house operating manager for over 20 hotels to optimize operations and revenue management strategies. He has also delivered large-scale feasibility studies for real estate projects valued at over USD 300 million.

Jerome Sterckx, CFA
Head of Finance
Oversees finance and accounting, supporting ventures in financial planning, capital raising and strategy execution. A French entrepreneur with over a decade in financial management, he began as an equity analyst at UBS in London, then served as CFO of an e-commerce company and of a heritage real estate and construction company with a social impact purpose, overseeing the design, construction and renovation of commercial and residential properties.

Alec Maurice
Head of Business Development & Strategy
Leads investor relations, capital raising strategy, legal affairs, client services, and business development. A Swiss entrepreneur and investor with Greek heritage, he brings extensive experience in consulting and fintech with a focus on strategy, sales, and negotiation. He established one of Myanmar's largest professional services firms, advising JPX- and SGX-listed multinationals across South-East Asia. He also spearheaded Asian expansion for Swiss venture capital firm Seedstars, where he launched the Yangon Innovation Centre. He also runs a fintech VC fund headquartered in Switzerland.
